The Paws was created in 2025 by the Ketzel family, with the idea of a boutique dog hotel and spa that provides comfort and exceptional care to all the dogs and dog lovers of orange county. The Ketzels owned a small dog grooming business in Newport Beach for 3 years with a yearning for expansion. Samantha has been grooming for 9 years, specializing in doodles and dogs that just need extra loving. Hunter has a passion for business and loves every pup he meets.
